Payment Info    Shipping & Delivery    Returns & Refund

If you would like to return our products, please contact support@travelme.com.sg with your order number and contact information. Returning of items is only deemed to be valid under these conditions:

  • Within 1 week of the delivery.
  • Goods must be returned in the original condition and must not be used.

Customers are advised to return the goods using a reputable delivery service with online tracking capability. You can send the tracking number to us and we will keep you updated on the status of the package.

We will inform you via email upon receiving your returned package. At your request, we will proceed with sending you replacement items or refunding of your original payment, excluding the non-refundable shipping charge (if any). If refunded, please allow a few days for the credit to appear in your bank account.

Note:

  • Customers need to bear the delivery cost of shipping the items back to us only, but not re-delivery of replacement items
  • TravelMe has the rights to revoke any request for refund if it is found not appropriate.
