What is the local shipping charge?

For non-registered postage: FREE delivery.
For registered postage: $2.3 shipping fee.
*TravelMe is not liable for any lost shipment for non-registered postage.

Can I ship outside Singapore?

Shipping outside Singapore could be arranged. Please drop us an email at support@travelme.com.sg with your item list for a quote.

What happens if my delivery goes missing?

If you haven't received your order for 5 working days after your shipment notification, please send us an email at support@travelme.com.sg with your order number, shipping address and contact information. We will quickly follow up with your case for further investigation and where appropriate, a replacement will be delivered to your address.

I want to change my shipping address.

In case you have put in a wrong shipping address, please notify us immediately at support@travelme.com.sg with your particulars, order number, new shipping address and contact information for us to verify and amend your shipment accordingly.

If shipment notification has been issued and the package has been sent out, we will do our best to retrieve the package yet we do not bear any responsibility in the event of lost shipment for this case. Any incurring cost during this whole process shall be charged to the customer.
